Three-Ingredient Yogurt Cake (Flourless Cheesecake-Style)

This yogurt cake racked up nearly 400,000 views on my Israeli Instagram when I posted it. And honestly? It deserves every one of them.

It’s incredibly delicious—just ask the dozens of people who have already made it and sent me photos. The yogurt cake is wonderfully easy to prepare, slices beautifully, and doesn’t contain a speck of flour.

All you have to do is whisk together three ingredients and pour the batter into a pan. From there, the oven does all the work.

Make sure you read the notes at the end of the recipe—they’re important.

And yes, you can use almost any yogurt you like. Sweetened or unsweetened. Regular, high-protein, dairy-free, or traditional dairy yogurt. You can even replace part of the yogurt with ricotta, cream cheese, or sour cream. I’ve explained everything below.
