Quick Tuna Shepherd’s Pie

A quick meal that fuses the protein and the side dish into one. Unlike the meat shepherd’s pie, where the meat needs to cook for an hour and a half to two hours, the tuna is already ready to go. All you need to do is combine it with a homemade tomato sauce and top it with mashed potatoes.

Twenty minutes in the oven and your shepherd’s pie is ready.

If you have a little extra time and energy, you can also finely chop 2 onions and sauté them with the carrots at the beginning. The same goes for 2 chopped celery stalks.
