Phyllo Spiral with Cheese and Spinach

Greek food always brings me straight to the beach—sun, good music, and happy people. Picture a table filled with small meze, fresh and light, leaving room for just one more bite. Next to them, golden phyllo spirals packed with cheese and spinach, drinks that keep flowing, and music in the background carrying a kind of unmistakable joy.

Now that summer is almost here, here’s a gentle suggestion—invite the people you love over. Make a few salads and spreads, place a simple phyllo spiral at the center of the table (you can make it a few hours ahead of time and reheat before serving), and don’t forget to stop by a deli for good olives, stuffed grape leaves, and of course, Greek yogurt.

And the guests? Ask them to bring good energy. Everything else will already be waiting on the table.

A divine meal.
