So few ingredients—things you almost always have at home—come together into these really delicious pitas that are perfect for dinner, especially next to a salad or a hard-boiled egg.

A small note: the dough will be sticky, and that’s completely fine. Let it rest in the fridge a bit, and use flour while rolling—both on your rolling surface and on top—and it will come out just right.
