A wonderful lunch (or dinner) that’s completely meat-free. This tuna bolognese is packed with protein from the tuna, filling thanks to the pasta, and very popular with kids, too.
And the biggest bonus? Since the tuna doesn’t really need to cook, this meal comes together in just a few minutes.
You can start the Bolognese by sautéing 2 finely diced onions, but I skipped that here to make sure the meal really is ready in 15 minutes. If you have the time, you’re of course welcome to start with that.
