This cottage cheese oat bread is one of those recipes that feels almost too simple to be real—but it works. No kneading, no flour, no waiting for it to rise. And you’ll be shocked at how delicious it is! It is truly a miracle bread and joins the realm of the tahini bread that became famous on my blog quite a few years ago but has already become a permanent resident in so many Israeli homes.
Note: I really recommend that you add some ingredients to give the bread a crunch (ideally 2/3 cup, but you can use more or less). I’ve written below which ones are best. But you can just add whatever you have at home and mix everything together.
