Beloved lollipops in a homemade version that you can customize with different flavors, colors, and toppings like sprinkles, chopped pistachios, dried fruit, or anything else. If you don’t have a lollipop mold with a design (you can find them at baking supply stores), you can simply spoon some of the prepared sugar syrup onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and place the stick into the mound.
